These terms cover the Manu iPhone app and this website. By installing the app or using the site you agree to them.
What Manu is
Manu is a client application. It displays and controls a trading bot and personal finance data that live on a server you run. Manu does not execute trades, hold funds, or connect to brokers or banks on its own; your server does, under your configuration and your account agreements.
Not financial advice
Nothing in the app or on this site is investment, tax or financial advice. Grades, analytics, projections and chat responses are informational and may be wrong. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for every strategy you enable, every parameter you set, and every order your server sends to your broker.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the server Manu connects to, its security, and the broker and bank accounts attached to it.
- You will comply with your broker's and bank's terms and with the laws that apply to you.
- You will not use Manu to access a server you are not authorized to use.
Beta software
Manu is provided during a private beta. It may contain bugs, change without notice, or stop working with older server versions. Features described on this site may change before any public release.
No warranty, limited liability
Manu and this site are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the makers of Manu are not liable for any loss, including trading losses, arising from use of the app or the site.
Intellectual property
The Manu name, icon and this site's content belong to Vritam Labs. You may not copy or redistribute the app.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
